Currently Gully Klassics products only ship within Canada and the United States. Please check back with us for updates to changes to our shipment locations.
HOW AND WHEN ORDERS ARE SHIPPED
All orders are shipped Ground Service unless you specify Express Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays which include
|Chrismas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Family Day.||Christmas Day, New Years Day, Independance Day, labour day, columbus day, Thanksgiving.|
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Gully Klassics Clothing Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Kindly allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. The notification will provide you with tracking information for your package
Orders placed after 9 am ET with Express Service will be shipped the next available business day. If the order is placed after 9 am ET, this day will not be included in the guaranteed 2 – 3 business day delivery window.
Orders placed after 5 pm ET with Ground Services will be shipped out the next available business day.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES
Currently we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses in the United States.
DELIVERY SIGNATURE SERVICE
All orders placed through the Gully Klassics Clothing online store exceeding $100 require a direct signature upon delivery.
ADDING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS TO AN EXISTING ORDER
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our online shop site.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE?
The international transaction fee is the fee charged to your credit card for making purchases out of country, and is usually between 2-3 percent of the amount of each purchase you make depending on your bank/credit card company.
Rest assured that this charge was not made on our behalf.
Please contact your issuing bank/credit card company for more information as we are a Canada based company.
All Gully Klassics Clothing items are fully warranted to the original owner against defects of materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Should an item fail due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will replace it at our discretion. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
For warranty evaluation your item must be returned directly to Gully Klassics Clothing Co. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to direct you as to where to ship the item.
*Note that lifetime product warranty pertains to the lifetime of the product and not the user.
Gully Klassics Clothing Co. Offers a 30 day guarantee that all headwear be free of defects in material and workmanship starting on the date of purchase from our online store.
FILING A CLAIM
In Canada and the United States, photographs of the defects are required for our approval before shipping to us for inspection and the expedition of the replacement.
Online purchase made directly through the Gully Klassics clothing Co. online store are eligible for a refund if requested. Items purchased from authorized dealers are only eligible for product replacement through the Gully Klassics Clothing Co. online store.
You may return or exchange a product purchased on our web store, if you wish. Complete the contact form on our contact us page including order number and you will be contacted promptly.
